Changes to Booking & Cancellations
- Transfer of registration to another person by the registration deadline: €25; only permitted once.
- Cancellation by 1 June 2027: 50% refund of the participation fee.
- After 1 June 2027: no refund.
- In the event of cancellation of the event, force majeure or failure to attend, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall apply.
